RETURN OF GOODS Custom made orders (i.e. altar cloths, engraved pieces, custom pieces) are NOT subject to cancellation or return. All returns of regular stock merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a letter explanation and copy of invoice.
LOSS/DAMAGE If a shipment is received damaged, KEEP ALL PACKAGING & BOX. Notify us immediately and we will inform you of how to proceed.
